  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth, leaving a few lumps for texture.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • In another bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just blended.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
