Ingredients
  

  • 12 sheets Gluten-Free Lasagna Noodles
  • 2 cups Dairy-Free Ricotta Cheese
  • 3 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil (chopped)
  • To taste cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 medium Onion (chopped)
  • To taste tsp Italian seasoning
  • To taste tsp Red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the Noodles: Cook the gluten-free lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Make the Ricotta Filling: Blend dairy-free ricotta, nutritional yeast, garlic, and any herbs until smooth.
  • Assemble the Lasagna:Spread a layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, spinach, and marinara sauce. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  • Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  • Cool: Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
