Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Chicken wings
  • 1 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Pepper
  • Oil for frying (e.g., canola or vegetable oil)

Instructions

  • Place the chicken wings in a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour the Italian salad dressing over the wings, ensuring each wing is coated. Add garlic and onion powder, then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Remove the wings from the marinade, letting excess liquid drip off. Dredge each wing in the flour mixture until evenly coated.
  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F.
  • Fry the coated wings in small batches for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For a healthier option, consider baking the wings at 400°F for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Feel free to add additional herbs or spices to the marinade for extra flavor.
