Ingredients
  

  • 3 large Ripe bananas
  • 1 cup Eggnog
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas using a fork until smooth.
  • Add the melted butter, sugar, eggs, eggnog, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
  • Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • Bake for 60-70 minutes, checking for doneness at the 60-minute mark.
  • Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
