  • 1/2 cup Molasses
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  • Add molasses and eggs, and mix until combined.
  • In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  • Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
