- 1 cup Dried Cranberries
- ½ cup Sliced or Slivered Almonds
- 1 cup Chopped Celery
- ¾ cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Honey (optional)

- to taste Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley
Prepare the chicken by cooking it and letting it cool, then shred or dice it.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, dried cranberries, and sliced almonds.
