  • Prepare the Chicken: Use leftover roasted chicken or poach fresh chicken breasts until fully cooked, then shred or chop into bite-sized pieces.
  • Chop the Vegetables: Shred cabbage and carrots, slice the bell pepper, and chop the green onions.
