  • 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
