  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and pineapple juice.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger.
  • Slowly drizzle in the sesame oil while whisking to ensure it’s fully incorporated.
  • Add the honey and mix until well combined.
  • Stir in the red pepper flakes for a touch of heat.
  • Whisk the mixture until smooth.
  • Store the dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
