  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Celery, diced
  • ¼ cup Red onion, diced
  • ½ cup Grapes, halved
  • ¼ cup Almonds (optional), sliced
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Chicken: Cook and shred or chop the chicken. For convenience, you can use rotisserie chicken.
  • Mix the Cream Cheese Base: In a large bowl, place the softened cream cheese and mix with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Add Veggies and Fruits: Incorporate diced celery, red onion, and halved grapes into the mixture.
