  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken
  • 1 cup Fresh Cherries
  • 4 cups Mixed Greens
  • ½ cup Pecans or Walnuts
  • ½ cup Feta Cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • To taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Chicken: If you don’t have leftover chicken, grill or roast some chicken breasts until cooked through. Once cooled, shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
