- 12 oz broken lasagna noodles
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 lb ground beef or sausage
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Cook the Noodles: Boil salted water in a large pot. Add the broken lasagna noodles and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef or sausage and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary. Pour in the marinara sauce, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 10 minutes.
