  • 2 cups Pancake Mix
  • 3 medium Ripe Bananas
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, sugar, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
