- 1 cup Crushed pineapple (drained)
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (melted)
- 3/4 cup Brown sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Optional: Chopped walnuts or pecans
Prepare the Oven and Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and set it aside.
