  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp

    Vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven and Prepare Pan:Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix Wet Ingredients:In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add the vegetable oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk together until well combined.
  • Combine Dry Ingredients:In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
