- 2 to 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 1 egg (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Mash the Bananas: Peel the ripe bananas and place them in a mixing bowl. Mash them until smooth, leaving a few lumps for texture.
