Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast, diced
  • 1/2 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Grapes (or cranberries), halved
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Slivered Almonds
  • To taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook the chicken breast (poached or grilled), then dice it into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, combine diced chicken, chopped celery, and halved grapes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and gently toss to coat.
  • Stir in slivered almonds just before serving to keep them crunchy.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
